
April 9th - Burgundy Wine Tasting
Please join us for an evening of wine tasting and passed hors d'oeuvres with
the red and white wines of the Burgundy region. Vintage wines from our cellar
will be available to taste - many of which will be available to purchase at
auction prices. Wines from producers such as Bernard Morey, Pierre Matrot, Vincent
Girardin and Domaine Dujac will be represented. Passed hors d'oeuvres will be
served during the tasting, and a special menu will be available to our guests
who choose to stay for dinner. Some wines will be available for purchase at
a special price.
This event will be open from 5:30pm-7:00pm

Apr. 23rd - Dishes of Springtime with Isaac Miller
As Springtime arrives, it brings with it a bounty of new ingredients (and ideas)
for the Chef. Executive Chef Isaac Miller will be preparing a five course dinner
with some of his favorite Springtime Dishes - our Sommelier will then pair an
appropriate wine to accompany each plate. Chef Miller will join us between courses
to describe how his dishes are prepared, and will be available for a Q&A
session on his cooking techniques and insights in prepairing the perfect Spring
dinner. During the dinner our Sommelier will discuss proper wine-pairing techniques.
This promises to be both an informative and entertaining dinner!

May 21st - Wines of Vintage
For May, we thought we'd take advantage of the depth of our wine cellar and
put together a dinner around wines of older vintages. We will be serving a five
course dinner planned around wines from the 70's, 80's and early 90's.
We're still making our selections for the line-up, but it looks to be a very good representation of different decades and countries. Seating for this event will be limited. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
